1. Make suitable overhead crane designing scheme

Study and find several chosen designs, according to the parameters, mainly includes span, lifting weight, lifting speed, hoist trolley speed, overhead crane traveling speed, steel material, and consider the reasonable, economy and reliability, compare these design planes and give decision.

 

2. Bridge crane beam design

    2.1 Determine the main dimensions, such as carts wheel distance, main beam height, end beam height, etc

    2.2 Calculation of main beam, including the calculation rated loading, strength calculation and checking, etc.

    2.3 End beam calculation

    2.4 Main weld Calculation

 

3. EOT crane Lifting trolley design

    3.1 Lifting mechanism calculation, including identify lifting mechanism transmission plan, choose pulley block and hook, select wire rope, determine the pulleys main dimensions, determine the roll size, choose motor and reducer, etc

    3.2 Calculation trolley traveling mechanism, mainly are determine drive mechanism program, select wheels and track, running resistance calculation, etc

 

4.  Overhead crane traveling mechanism design

These design mainly includes determine transmission plan, select wheels tracks, check wheel and track strength, select motor, reducer and brakes, etc

 

5. Bridge crane hook design

Determine hook device structure program, then select according to the program.

 

6. EOT crane Welding Technology

    6.1 Welding method, different working requirement maybe apply different welding method.

    6.2. Prepare steel material, overhead crane mainly adopt Q235 or Q345, please advise if want other materials.

    6.3 Welding process

    6.4 Welding inspection
