The LDA Single Girder Overhead Crane is able to meet the need of universal manufacture for lifting and transporting, is widely used in workshop, warehouse, factory, stock yard and more, and prohibit to be used in the inflammable, combustible, explosive or corrosive environment.

Single Girder Overhead Crane Structure

1. The Single Girder Overhead Crane main girder is welding structure of steel plate with I-steel, the one-time formed groove decreases the welding stress and weld fatigue, and contributes to the accuracy and intensity of the whole crane and the apparent quality.

2. The Single Girder Overhead Crane end carriage is connected with the main girder by dolts and nuts for easy transportation and installation

The electric hoist is the lifting mechanism, single speed and dual-speed for choice, normal lifting speed is applied for general usage, and dual speeds for accurate operation, the inside motor is large overload capacity, high machinery intensity, low noise, IP44 or IP55, insulation class of B or E

4. The soft start motor and the frequency converter are available according to your demand

5. Main electric parts adopt the international brand Siemens, providing reliability and easy maintenance

6. The Single Girder Overhead Crane has two kinds of operation form: ground pendant line with press button and remote control

7. Gears, wheels and couplings are processed by medium-frequency technology, and have a great improvement in intensity, rigidity, and tenacity

8. Paint: Primer and finishing paint, average thickness: about 120 microns
