In order to ensure Bridge EOT Crane to achieve good condition at safe operation, before put into use and after using a long time, the users company should test the Single Girder Bridge Crane to confirm its performance.
In general, Bridge EOT Crane manufacturer test according to GB / T 5905, JB / T 1306-2008 and other standards. The tests include no-load test, static load test, rated load test, machine noise test, static rigidity test, dynamic load test and other projects.
No-load test is to confirm whether the Bridge EOT Crane operating mechanism is normal or not in the power on, no-load state, and ensure the control systems, safety devices sensitivity and effectiveness meet safety requirements.
Static load test is mainly to test the Bridge EOT Crane main beam deformation after working.
Rated load test is to determine the Bridge Crane lifting height, hook limit position, lifting speed, hoist traveling speed and whole EOT Crane traveling speed parameters actual value, and whether these parameters value meet design standards and safety requirements.
The whole machine noise test and static rigidity test are both to test whether the Bridge EOT Crane actual noise value and whole machine static rigidity reach the safety standard or not.
Dynamic load test is to inspect the Bridge EOT Crane performance and parameter in suspension load operation. In order to ensure the test results reliablity, dynamic load test often need to continue at least one hour. And the higher working lever, the longer test time.
