After a long time using, or improper using, the electric overhead crane will appear some wear parts, some parts need replace, and some wear parts can be repaired. For example, the pulley, the followings are the situation which can be repaired and continue using.
1. The electric overhead crane pulley rope groove surface roughness is not over 3.2, no damage to the wire rope, can be repaired.
2. The electric overhead crane rope groove radial move is 0.3mm, can be repaired.
3. When the electric overhead crane pulley groove surface has voids, and its area is not greater than 2mm2, the depth is not greater than 25% of the wall thickness, the number is not more than 2, can be welded to repair.
4. When the electric overhead crane pulley rope shaft has voids, and its area does not exceed 10% of total surface, the depth does not exceed 25% of hub, can be welded to repair.
The electric overhead crane should regularly check, once find anything is worn, should repair or replace, in order to continue using the equipment.
