1. The rope clamp must have a factory certificate and a quality certificate, like the electric eot crane. The nut and bolt must be matched properly, and the threaded part should be coated with lubricating oil;
2. The wire rope and rope clamp should be in the same specifications, and the rope clamp must be used if its specifications are not in compliance with the requirements;
3. The rope clamp should be ensured to tighten, should be flattened about one-third of the diameter of the wire rope is more suitable;
4. In the process of the installing rope, should ensure that the two steel wire ropes are close together, can not appear a tight one, a loose one, otherwise it is not conducive to safe using;
5. After the electric eot crane rope installation is completed, it is necessary to test the wire rope, and the rope clamp should not appear loose;
6. After the wire rope clamp is tested fixed, tighten again.
