Electric overhead crane maintenance is very important to ensure the normal use, we should attention to these five points at ordinary time:

First, when the overhead crane inside has mud, cement or other dirt, you can clear it with water and diesel, then add into calcium grease grease after drying, finally release the jaws, wipe the grease and moisture with a clean cotton

Second, when the jaws wear to the bearing capacity is less than 80% of rated load, the jaws should be replaced; when the wire rope diameter is worn 10%, should replace the wire rope;

Third, after each operation, to wipe the wire rope to clean the attached mud, dust or oil, put the wire rope in a dry place to prevent corrosion;

Fourth, ever year the electric hoist should have at least 4 times maintenance, clean the parts with diesel oil, and lubricate with calcium-based grease.
