The work duty is used to measure the heavy workload level of electric overhead cranes, it is the important parameter of crane performance on heavy workload and full load. The electric overhead crane work duty degree is light duty A1 ~ A3, intermediate duty level A4 ~ A5; heavy duty A6 ~ A7.
The A1 ~ A3 light duty shows the electric overhad cranes almost do not work with the rated lifting capacity, are usually used to lift the goods or cargo with small weight, are generally used in power stations, maintenance equipment and other occasions, or in infrequent workstations and warehouses.
A4 ~ A5 Intermediate duty says the electric overhead crane need to lift the rated load capacity time to time, the most lifting material or cargo are usually medium weight, commonly used in more demanding workplaces, warehouses, such as machining shop.
A6 ~ A7 Heavy duty means the electric overhead cranes are reuired to lift the goods reach the rated weight frequently, the lifting materials is heavy, and the lifting working is busy, commonly used in heavy workplaces, such as metallurgical workshop.
