1. Lifting & Traveling Limiter
When Overhead Bridge Cranes lifting hook reach the crane frame from 300mm, the Lifting & Traveling Limiter can automatically cut off the power, the motors will stop running.
The Lifting & Traveling Limiter can prevent the crane hook from hitting the Overhead Bridge Cranes Frame, the Overhead Bridge Cranes approaching the track end, or two cranes crashing on the same track.
2. Automatic interlock device
Overhead Bridge Cranes always has some bare wires, in order to protect the maintenance personnel form electric shocks, should install automatic interlock device on the the driver cab door.
3. Buffers
Usually polyurethane buffer, which acts after the Overhead Bridge Cranes brake and end switch has failed. When the Overhead Bridge Cranes crash rail terminal column, the buffer ensure the Overhead Bridge Cranes a smooth stop.
4. Brakes
