Overhead bridge crane needs regular maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting to ensure safe operation. Overhead bridge crane daily maintenance mainly includes "inspection, adjustment, cleaning, fastening, lubrication, supply", maintenance work can be divided into the following areas:
1. Mechanical parts
Check overhead bridge crane mechanical parts, confirm every parts can normal operate, and there is no abnormal sound during operation. Check whether the brakes are safe, reliable, sensitive, check the bolt tightness, check the wire rope, weld situation and add grease, lubricating oil.
2. Hydraulic system
Timely add, replace the hydraulic oil, check the tubing, safety valves, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders and other parts using situation, once found the problem should be promptly processed, can not work with fault.
3. Electrical system
Check the electric wire, the cable surface is not worn, check the safety switch is sensitive and reliable, check whether the grounding protection has done or not.
4. Lubrication
Always check the operating mechanism which need to rotate, rub, regularly add the same type lubrication, if find more dirt at mechanism, should first clean and coat with new lubricants.
