The electro-hydraulic grab is equipped with special opening and closing mechanism, and is driven by a hydraulic cylinder, its structure includes hydraulic cylinder, seesaw (or double bucket), bucket plate, bucket tooth and other. During the manufacturing process, the welding process has the greatest impact on the quality of the grab. If the overhead bridge crane is used in some corrosive environments, it is necessary to carry out anti-corrosion treatment on the hinge pin of the grab.
Electro-hydraulic grabs can be divided into the following categories:
1. Electro-hydraulic multi-valve grab, used to grab particles and bulk materials, the bucket capacity is generally 0.8m3~26m3.
2. Electro-hydraulic rectangular grab, used to grab block, granular materials, often used for loading and unloading of bulk materials, the bucket capacity is generally 0.8 m3 ~ 20 m3.
3. Electro-hydraulic wood grab, used to grab logs, widely used in wood yards, wood processing plants, etc., the diameter of the logs is generally 700mm ~ 2200mm.
