Single girder overhead crane electric control system

Single girder overhead crane ( electric single girder overhead crane ) Electrical control system mainly includes crane control box (DK boxes), electric hoist control box (CD / MD box), overload limiter, cutout limiter, traveling limit switch, remote control, collector, wire tightener, seamless slide wire, hanging wire wheels, towrope, wiredrawing, tie clip, flange bolts and other components.
 

1. Crane control box (DK type) is used for whole machine running front and back,
2. Electric hoist control box (CD / MD type) is used for hoist up and down, and left and right;
3. Overload limiter is a overload protection device;
4. Cutout limiter is a height protective device used for setting up or down rated height
5. Traveling limit switch is a device to protect the machine to stop when running to railway end
6. Remote control is wireless operation control for each mechanism;
7. Collector is power supply component through slide wire
8. Wire tightener is to guarantee the straightness and flatness of slide wire
9. Seamless slide wire is crane machine main power supply;
10. Hanging wire wheel is used to hang crane cable;
11. Streamer is power cable to the motor and electrical parts;
12. The hanging wire wheels sre installed at wiredrawing, so the cable can be moved along the towrope;
13. Tie clip is used to fix towrope;
14. Flange bolt is used to adjust towrope straightness.
