1. The electric eot cranes lubricant must be kept clean, and different grades of lubricant should not be mixed;
2. Always check the sealing of the lubrication system and add grease regularly.
3. Ensure that the lubrication pipeline is not crushed and injured;
4. When need to disassemble the pipeline, the pipe end and the joint must be protected to avoid bumping or mixing impurities. When reinstalling, carefully remove the dirt at the joint to ensure that the oil line is clean;
5. Each rotary parts of electric eot crane, even they are have no injection point, should be regularly injected into each rotating gap with a thin oil pot to reduce wear and prevent corrosion of the machine parts.
