The main beam
1. The traveling bridge crane main beam adopt square box H-shaped steel structure design, compare with the simple traditional bridge crane, it has heavier weight;
2. The main weld are non-destructive testing;
3. Traveling bridge crane steel materials are Q235B steel;
4. The vertical degree of depression is according to national standards;
5. All steel plate go through shot blasting pretreatment, reach Sa2.5 standardization;
6. Carefully check and clean the plate before welding, usually weled by automatic welding (MIG or semi-automatic welding).
The end beam
1. The traveling bridge crane end beam is welded by rectangular steel pipe or steel plate, processed by CNC machine, ensure dimensional accuracy and tolerance;
2. Each end beam has double rim wheels, shock absorbers and anti-derailment protection device;
3. Double girder gantry crane set a repair platform in the direction of the main beam drive side (maintenance walkway);
4. The main beam and the end beam use the high strength bolt connection to ensure the accuracy and smooth operation of traveling bridge crane machine.
