Double Girder Overhead Crane Description

3. Gear box: carbon alloy steel, gear boxes are made of accurate hob cut helical spur gears and pinions, hardness 250 to 350 BHN

4. Electrical panel: nodular design, ease to install and maintain, reliable operation, fuse less circuitry, ducted wiring and compact terminals

5. Limit switch: safety limit switches prevent over traveling length, overload protection prevent overloading, etc

6. Wheels: the wheels are produced in special vacuum casting workshop, no sand inclusion technique, more elastic, more hard-wearing and durable

7. Painting: two layers primer before assembly and two layers synthetic enamel after testing
