1. Modular design, ease to install and maintain, reliable operation, fuse-less circuitry, ducted wiring and compact terminals

2. No-welding joint strong box type, welding by machine hand, lower dead weight, higher degree rigidity of vertical and horizontal, smaller wheel loads

3. Wheels, wire rope drum, gears, couplings are manufactured by our CNC machine center, high quality control

3. Main beam, end beam, wheels are produced in our special vacuum casting workshop (no sand inclusion technique), more elastic, hard-wearing and durable

4. Entire gearboxes are made of accurate hob cut helical/spur gears and pinions having hardness of 250 to 350 BHN, made of carbon alloy steel, and gears and pinions running on anti-friction type ball/roller bearings in totally enclosed oil bath giving constant splash lubrication

5. Nanjing special motor, top quality in China, Soft start and stop, explosion proof type is available

6. Pendent control, wireless control, PLC automatic control, Siemens main electric system, variable speed through VVF drive

7. Painting: Anti-rust painting, two coats of primer before assembly and two coats of synthetic enamel after testing
