Single Beam Overhead Crane Structure
1. Mechanical welding to get integrated structure and light dead weight
2. The main beam, end carriage, wheels are produced in our special vacuum casting workshop, more elastic and outer surface hard-wearing and durable
3. Apply the specially crane electric motor, suitable for frequent starting, reversing and braking in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, totally enclosed, dust proof, flange mounted TESC/TEFC, integrated safety brakes, insulation class F, IP54 protection, CT and LT motions
4. The entire gearboxes are made of accurate hob cut helical/spur-gears and pinions having hardness of 250 to 350 BHN, made of carbon alloy steel
5. Electrical panel: Schneider, Siemens or Chint brand, modular design, ease to install and maintain, reliable operation, fuseless circuitry, ducted wiring and compact terminals, motor overload protection
6. Primer and finishing paint, average thickness: about 100 microns
7. Sub-assemblies characteristic are tested before assembly
8. All cranes must be pre-assembled and tested before leaving factory and offer the certification of test
